2 years later I rented from UR again and wish I had not. The piece of equipment had a mechanical issue, tech came out and "fixed" it. Next day the equipment wouldn't start. Another tech came out said it needs hauling back to their shop. I trailered the machine back to UR to save them some time and effort. UR said they were ordering a new carburetor, overnight delivery, would be fixed the next morning. It's now 2 days later and still no machine. Was given bad information about a skidsteer by the person who made my reservation, was given a piece of equipment in bad shape and kept having mechanical issues. Cost was two times the amount for another company in Phoenix, for equipment not suitable for the job.
Good equipment and responsive staff!
