Chris in sales was very helpful and very professional I highly recommend renting here the equipment worked perfectly had zero issues very fair as well. However I did have a big problem with the owner of grand total rental he was very rude very unprofessional and zero understanding of his equipment sucking. Never would I ever recommend going to grand total rental worst rental company in town

If your equipment goes down, don’t expect them to issue a credit for time loss.

DONT COME HERE !!!!!! I made a reservation days in advance and when I get there they know notting of my reservation and they have no 5k fork lifts which is what I reserved everything they have is way bigger then I needed and they offer me a 10k forklift and I told them that's fine if your going to give it to me for the same price and he said no we can't do that manager has horrible costumer service and doesn't know how to resolve problems that he caused DONT COME HERE !!!!!!

2 years later I rented from UR again and wish I had not. The piece of equipment had a mechanical issue, tech came out and "fixed" it. Next day the equipment wouldn't start. Another tech came out said it needs hauling back to their shop. I trailered the machine back to UR to save them some time and effort. UR said they were ordering a new carburetor, overnight delivery, would be fixed the next morning. It's now 2 days later and still no machine.
