Amazing customer service and people at the shop were extremely helpful in getting me setup with the trailer
I've been trying to rent a lift from them since August. United Rentals kept pushing out my reservation in favor of bigger customers. Their explanation is that they are "highly utilized," which translates to ordinary customers should not expect them to fill your reservation. Now it's too late in the season to get the work I needed done complete. Very disappointing.
Dropped off for new machines, staff was friendly and helpful
