Rented a lift at an astronomical price of 2,200 a week. When they could finally get it delivered(2 weeks after I needed it)they sent out a brand new lift which the hydraulic fluid was not fully established to the bucket and the lift moved very slowly, sometimes not at all. With the slow lift and a couple rain days I needed it an extra day and they charged me $750 for the day, not even including fuel which they charged $12 a gallon for. Amazing customer service and people at the shop were extremely helpful in getting me setup with the trailer
I've been trying to rent a lift from them since August. United Rentals kept pushing out my reservation in favor of bigger customers. Their explanation is that they are "highly utilized," which translates to ordinary customers should not expect them to fill your reservation. Now it's too late in the season to get the work I needed done complete. Very disappointing.
