We recently rented a scissor lift for our wedding to do the decorating. The customer service and machine was great, it was waiting at the hall for us in the morning when we got keys and they allowed us to keep it over the weekend. They then picked it up once we were done taking down all the decorations. Thank you for helping to ease the process and make our dreams come true!
United Rentals! When we realized we had chosen the wrong tool for the job, Jen was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Her main concern was making sure we had the right equipment and were happy with their service. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend United Rentals for all your equipment rental needs!
