I have been a customer of united rentals for over 12 years renting at least 5 to 6 lifts a year. My last experience with them will be my last time renting for sure. After delivering my lift to a non parking area on a random street in portland rather than the address that was given to and confirmed with the office and driver. I was charged an extra delivery fee for them to move the lift to the right location.
