Rented a truck to access a mine site and the people in the office went above and beyond to help. Pick up and drop off was outside of their work hours, but they made it happen. I even forgot a small parcel in the vehicle and they arranged for shipping to return it. It’s the people that make a company a pleasure or a pain to deal with and United Rental has the right people.
Guys are amazing at United Rental, they always have the equipment to get the job done.
