Bought a $90,000 12,000 pound extreme extended boom Fork Lift From RJ in the Springville location. Was told that they needed an extra week to make sure that all the fluids were changed. They said it was perfectly maintained before they shipped it out and a month later after we got the piece of equipment, Multiple leaks were found the starter had fallen out of it now we have a transmission blown. Stay away from this rental company,they will lie to get your business specially the manager,she’s a liar,she will send you rundown equipment and they will broke down with in 10 minutes after you receive it,….STAY AWAY
Great first experience. Customer service was excellent and they gave me a discount on an 85' boom for setting up a business account. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
