I called to rent a pallet jack a day prior and the gentlmen that asnwered the phone said yea we have them , just come here tomorrow . I said can I pay for it , do I need to make a reservation since its very important for me and he said no just give me your name and come tomorrow. Guess what , we showed up first thing in the am next day and they are telling us we dont have anything for rent , there isnt anything availble but we can sell you a used one . Pretty difficult rental process for a simple attachment rental.
Horrible experience everytime we have to deal with them. Better off paying the premium and using Cat.
I always thought this place only rented large construction site equipment and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had an aerator for yard. Equipment was in practically brand new condition. Being able to rent in town saved me a drive to Home Depot in Brentwood, which gave me an hour of my day back.
