I have been renting lifts from the Southaven MS branch for almost twenty years I have seen any faces leave and many new faces. I have never had any issues with the personal . I had one lift delivered with issues and a tech was on sight within an hour and was repair within an hour. Great people to work with
If you use this location you must speak to Haley! She is always extremely helpful, Answers everytime, and goes above and beyond to get the equipment when needed! Absolutely the best customer service in town.
I do contract hauling from this business. Great people and equipment. Equipment is always maintained and ready, if there's an issue with it, they will send a mechanic to fix it or replace the equipment to keep you going.
Service desk and the field technicians are great, but the maintenance crew is absolutely failing to check their equipment, and this has happened on several occasions. Absolutely unacceptable.
