I needed to rent a generator since we lost power and it wasn't expected to be on for a couple of days. I had no idea what I was doing or how to operate it. The guy I spoke to walked me through the process and answered all my questions respectfully and patiently. After speaking with him, I felt more secure in what I was renting and that the size I was getting was going to meet my needs. Thank you.
Rented a 52ft bucket truck Nick and especially John went over and above to make my job smooth. Truck was a nice unit but the customer service was amazing!!!!! Can't say enough. United rentals is lucky to have such good people. Thanks Guys
I bought a bobcat from tim the salesman from united rentals he was very fair and honest which is very hard to find now a days i would recommend to friends and definitely buy again in the future
