I submitted an online rental form and information. Then just checked and happen to see an email that de lined the rental...no phone call, no reason, no options and no explanation given and now after hours so no answers. I will never recommend United Rental to anyone! The phone customer service was even worse.
If you have to rent a lift from these guys be sure to order 2 because at least one of them won't work. You'll end up spending the whole day waiting for a working lift to be delivered.
