Thank you for helping me in the blizzard condition delivery
This is one of the most unprofessional branches I have ever been to. They didn’t open on time. They are 3 minutes late opening their doors. I have an emergency rental and the first words out of the salesman’s mouth is about “ Nothing in the yard is running, everything is gelled up”. This is seriously unprofessional. These are things that need to be addressed especially in a cold weather environment. Now we are still down waiting longer for a piece of equipment
Rented some equipment for a job. When I attempted to get to work, I found out the machine wasn't charged. Lost half a day. This caused me to rent for a second day. On day 2 the machine wouldn't function consistently. Called and had to wait over an hour for technician. I requested all these factors be considered and a partial refund. My rental agreement said nothing about a deposit and I wasn't charged one. Once I asked for some money back though, there suddenly was a deposit that just happened to cancel out any refund I got.... read more
