Very disappointed, usually rent from here because reliability but the lift couldn’t do the job without it slowly tipping forward and would not return back up. Had a 9733 pound air compressor and it was a 12,000 pound lift. Called for service and made excuses why it wouldn’t lift with out it sliding off the forks. Had a rent from somebody else. Their equipment was more reliable and was the same size (12k lift).

This is one of the most unprofessional branches I have ever been to. They didn’t open on time. They are 3 minutes late opening their doors. I have an emergency rental and the first words out of the salesman’s mouth is about “ Nothing in the yard is running, everything is gelled up”. This is seriously unprofessional. These are things that need to be addressed especially in a cold weather environment. Now we are still down waiting longer for a piece of equipment
