First time picking up an excavator from this location was a great experience. The process was so smooth and professional, every worker I interacted with was very kind and welcoming. Shout out to both yard guys who had everything set up and ready to go, as well as the other one as I came to return it.

I just wanted to quickly share what a great experience I had working with United Rentals, both with a sales rep, and the local individuals who worked with me at their Santa Rosa location. I purchased a used JLG 1014 trailer through United Rentals sales team. Tracking down one of these drop deck trailers takes a lot of work because they don't become available very often.
