I needed a forklift in a hurry, I mean same day! Jim with United Rentals came through. A months long project was on the line and Jim came in with the rescue. 100% recommend!
Good place to rent easy to contact good company
My company/work has been working with United Rentals for year. Most particularly, the San Lorenzo location as it's just down the street. We don't use a lot of larger equipment, but the items that we do rent on a regular, our team has no issues. If the location does not have it, they look to see what other sites in the Bay Area, which makes us feel like they go the extra mile. We will continue to rent equipment from UR.
One person - One reason why I score this as a 10 = Vi. She was amazing and even now after reflecting on my literally last minute options to call someone and me in a panic trying to make arrangements Vi was the only person that was calm collected and made this process that much smoother. Give her a raise. NOW>
