Poor service: I was quoted a price on a job and they said it will be in the system whenever I'm ready to do the job. I reached out to Steve and said I'm ready for the 2 scissor lifts send over the contract. Contract came and the price was 20% higher then quoted. I spoke to Jacklyn at the local branch and she was going to look into it, almost 2 weeks later still no call. Exceptional service by the Customer Equipment Team. Brody looked after 3 pieces of equipment for us by doing the repairs. Also Brenna’s customer service and follow up was great!!! Thanks to you both for exceptional service overall
