I wanted to reach out because I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I just had while trying to get a forklift quote from your company. Neil was great with setting up the account and setting up the rental delivery. Once equipment was received the equipment was not working properly and the service department for the lifts were absolutely terrible with communication and getting the equipment fixed in a timely manner and were not willing to swap out for working equipment to get me on my way with my job. If you rent with them I hope you get a working piece of equipment because if not the service department for the rental will not get the issues taken care of in ... read more

United rentals was surprisingly professional in every aspect from beginning of our project to the end. Anthony in sales worked hand in glove and was very good with our scheduling and any change orders that we had during the project totally satisfied with this company. equipment quality was 5*

The owners of this rental company should be proud of the employees they have working at this location. They have good people and the best rental equipment in Palm Beach County. They send out quality equipment compared to some of the other locations I've dealt with. If they don't have a forklift available, they'll rent one from another company for you to make sure you're satisfied.
