Everyone at United Rentals are very professional to deal with, we had a great experience renting from them. Customer service was top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend the A+ service. Prices are reasonable and they had what we needed to get our project completed. Will be back for the next equipment rental.
Do not rent from here if you have bad English Joseph Kang tried to play my father and promised to provide pickup and drop off services as the machine was very heavy. He persuaded my father to rent the machine, which he did. It only took a few minutes of having to argue with a few incompetent people. At the end of the day we are never going to rent from here ever again.
