We started off rough in which they dropped the ball on a scheduled 12in wood chipper they lost my reservation and delayed my job. The next day they had the chipper in the yard and we picked it up. Scheduled it for two days started using it and had difficulty shredding big round logs. we returned it and discussed the problem. The manager stated he would make it right and give me a partial refund. They charged me twice in which I made the call to inform them of the double billing. Great customer service and nice guys.
Todd always goes above and beyond to take care of us. Coming from Vegas, customer service like this is hard to find. So thankful for Ahern Pahrump!!
I'd like to thank Todd for his time, and advise. The equipment I rented here worked flawlessly. The price was reasonable and equipment in great shape. Mikey likes it!
