Is there a reason why you have that blinding light on the off-ramp on 41. Your location at 41 and Jackson Street has that blinding light face right at the off ramp. I almost got an accident one night coming home from work. fix that!!!! Please
I didn't rent anything but was in need to fill my water bottle, and they were very kind to let me use their water filler on this hot day.
This place is a joke. Trying to charge me for wear and tear parts breaking on a rental machine with 1600 hrs. Manager is also beyond rude. Several rental places that don't play the games this place plays.
The best rental company in the area in my opinion, they've got great customer service and the highest quality services. Not only do they stand behind their word, but they back it with the 24 hour customer care that they offer as well. I've only had great experiences using United and plan to continue into the future. I recommend these guys to everyone.
