This is the 2nd time we’ve rented a forklift from United Rentals. Great customer service and communication! Forklift arrived on time and worked great.

The store representative was very helpful in discussing my project and his recommendation for an aerial lift was perfect. Also his suggestion for renting it on a Friday, so I'd have the use of it over the weekend was very helpful. I used it all day Friday, half of Saturday due to storms, all of Sunday, and a couple hours Monday morning. The delivery driver was very patient and helpful with a quick tutorial on all the controls.
Is there a reason why you have that blinding light on the off-ramp on 41. Your location at 41 and Jackson Street has that blinding light face right at the off ramp. I almost got an accident one night coming home from work. fix that!!!! Please
