This guys are unprofessional, under staffed, angry, don’t like their job, don’t want to work. This company is worse than going to McDonald’s and asking for a milkshake, they tell you the machine is down because they don’t want to clean the milk shake machine. The people at the front desk have no knowledge or training in there equipment at all what so ever.
Rude, lazy
Have equipment they use for their own business use. Its listed all over their website as "rentable" but will not allow a customer to rent it. Sales rep was willing to assist with getting me set up with the equipment. When he called back to notify me he wouldn't allow me to rent the equipment, his attitude did a complete 180. He was condescending and dismissive. I'm not like a melinnial....i don't forget in 3 months time. So when I say, I use anyone else for my companies equipment needs, I will make sure to use anyone else.
