So after talking to several people at the wilmington delaware branch. Had a rep come out and look at a piece of equipment that was ordered and couldn’t work for the site due to the degree of the road. Was told wouldn’t be charged for the rental (which they still did so thats a lie) then secondly was told a manager wasn’t available that day because of “meetings” and haven’t received a callback yet. United Rentals has a great job. Their equipment is top-notch. Their service is fantastic. I recommend them highly.
Stephen at this office was SOOO HELPFUL. As a woman he was very attentive, understanding and listened to my needs for our Company. I would recommend them over, and over again. This was my first time booking with them and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you again! Customer service and being responsive goes a LONGG way.
