I originally left a negative review because I was charged more than double the price I had agreed to for my rental. At the time, I was extremely disappointed and felt like the company hadn't honored its word. Since then, United Rentals reached out, listened to my concerns, and ultimately refunded the entire rental. While I still believe the original billing should never have happened, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company takes responsibility and goes above and beyond to make things right. George & staff are educated, helpful & equiptment in good order.
Spanky is always super helpful and makes renting equipment an easy process.
Austin and Eugene did a great job sourcing a lift for us. They delivered right on time and communicated great. The whole process was very smooth. The 135' lift worked great and was well maintained.
