Not sure who it was, shop foreman, yard foreman, manager, but my guy stopped to pick up a mini excavator. When loading the machine, he noticed a flat tire. He asked if anyone had a four way to spin the lug nuts off and to swap out the tire. Nope, no help, no assistance, no human decency. He had his material unloaded off the trailer to load this machine up also. While my guy was figuring out next steps he was told to move his trailer. Very good service and equipment worked perfectly
Showed up at 7:01 this morning after scheduling a rental an entire month in advanced. Was told our rental equipment was taken by someone else the previous day. We left with nothing. Quickly went to Sunbelt Rentals and grabbed the same piece of equipment for 1/4 of the price with zero notice.
Great place with the number one service department anywhere! !!! Highly knowledgeable technicians! !!!! A+ if you need good advice they will be glad to help you
