I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department due to the service manager, Taylor. It seems like Taylor is almost never at work, and whenever I’ve tried to leave messages or call back, my calls have gone unanswered. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored when you’re trying to resolve a service issue.
