Field reps are great. Equipment is mediocre. Delivery fees make them completely uncompetitive. Their quote was almost double compared to caterpillar and other rental houses. They just charged $180 to deliver a light tower less than 10 minutes down the road. I had a 55,000 lb excavator delivered from their competitor an hour away for $150 last week. Their rates are ridiculous.
