Front desk was prompt with a return call after the online reservation was made. The equipment was clean and ready at pickup. Return was straight forward and the receipt was ready.
Update: Coday from the Martinez office reached out to me, made things right, thanks Coday. Lift showed up 3.5 hours late, that cost me $468 in billable hours, unacceptable.
I will never again use this location. We rented lift called off the lift for pickup. The driver refused to pickup the lift and claimed we parked it in someone's backyard. We told them for safety reasons due to the area we moved it to the back of the building. The driver deceptively took pictures from the street side of the house showing the unit parked in the bark behind the fence. He did not go through the front. I spoke to a manager who also claimed the gate was locked. So I simply asked her so how did they pickup the unit... read more
