Had a billing dispute and was told a manager would get a hold of me. They never called. I called back was told they would call me the next day. That was over two weeks ago. Highly disappointing customer service.
5+ stars. I needed a generator for the sound system for a cancer benefit event and United Rental provided excellent service. The event organizer was concerned that we could rent a generator that would be quiet enough and be cost effective. The generator worked great and the staff went "above and beyond"! I can't thank them enough
Front desk was prompt with a return call after the online reservation was made. The equipment was clean and ready at pickup. Return was straight forward and the receipt was ready.
Update: Coday from the Martinez office reached out to me, made things right, thanks Coday. Lift showed up 3.5 hours late, that cost me $468 in billable hours, unacceptable.
