Brandon was great, polite and very helpful
Reserved a skid steer months ago to make sure they had plenty of time to get it ready. Showed up the day of my reservation to have them tell me they didn’t have it they just seen my reservation that morning and the closest one was Stone Mountain. My cc was charged already for the rental. I cancelled cause I wasn’t driving to Stone Mountain when I reserved it at the Newnan office. Asked for my cc to be credited back he said he would do it right then. The charge is done processing and I still don’t see a refund three days late... read more
Reserved mini excavator and trailer. Picking up at end of day. I get there and they tell me no trailer. I reserved it. Made my entire project get derailed. Don't expect the equipment even with reservation.
