The best service and price
It makes no sense you call in make the reservation and when you show up they still got through everything with a bad attitude like you are asking to borrow something from the employees and you still have to wait to get your equipment
I called this location to reserve a machine (I’ve rented here multiple times), showed up to pick up at 7am and they tell me pick ups are at the Pasco location. Why is this not something they make you aware of when making a reservation? Even Pizza Hut confirms the location you’re ordering from. I’m now an hour late starting my job, which is not great with the summer heat. This all could have been avoided had the person on the phone let me know, maybe even a confirmation email with pick up details.
After telling them what was needed for the job, they delivered the wrong equipment. In turn they recommended a different piece of equipment, delivered it and after trying it, it was worse than the 1st piece of equipment. They credited everything but the delivery. I am still trying to wrap my head around why they would charge me delivery for delivering the wrong equipment.
Alejandro (Alex) Delgado helped me coordinate a lift and delivery for a couple local jobs. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and patient. He did a great job and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend! Great job Alex!! Keep up the good work!!
