This branch has the worst equipment. We rent lots of forklifts and scissor lifts and this has by far been the worst equipment we have ever rented. The forklift was dropped off caked with mud and missing the propane cylinder We were not allowed to use it in the plant because mud was falling off everywhere. Get some new equipment or stop charging new equipment rates.
Aaron richey addressed all my needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. I will definitely be using this location again.
I was impressed by the customer service at United Rental. Equipment pickup and return was super easy and every employee I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and professional.
