Justina was very helpful and gave great customer service!
We're told since we rented it on a Friday that we could bring it back Monday since they are not open on the weekends and it would only be charged a one-day rental when we returned it on Monday they tried to charge us for 3 days and I got nasty phone calls and emails from them
Very strange experience with this company. I called and got an automated recording that put me on hold.. a man finally answered the phone and I asked if they rent equipment like backhoes and such and his answer was "we've been known to." I mean you do or you don't right? Just very odd and still have no idea what this company is really about and what they rent haha
