Rented a concrete buggy to haul concrete 300' to our pour. They said it could haul 16 cubic feet but couldn't load any more than about 10. Any more than that and it wouldn't dump. Had to get two guys to help lift / dump it. Nearly lost our pour due to the extra time it took to haul the concrete. I won't be renting from United again. :( Update to review. They finally reached out 9 YEARS later. Unbelievable.

I called here twice to have my man lift serviced, a former United Rental lift. The first day I called a younger guy answered, said he would have someone call me back, took my info, I waited a week, and no one called. The next week I called, another guy answered, I said no one returned my call, he said that's impossible he was the only one there, so he took my info, said he would call me back, and never did!
