They have the best customer service ever.
Great costumer service and always there wen most needed.
They were very helpful and friendly. My mom had to call multiple times because she forgot to ask for details on the equipment we needed, each time the gentleman that helped her was friendly and more than willing to answer and help out. They helped us out even though we showed up close to closing time too!
Great experience with this rental place. We needed a forklift for a single, very small job - getting one piece of very heavy equipment into a truck. The guys who showed up were kind, respectful, and very helpful. There is a charge for delivery and for pick-up of the forklift, but because it was so quick, they stayed around and deleted the pick-up charge. They really went the extra mile to help us.
