Rented a frost fighter. Unit had issues with ducts and running diesel with lower than normal heat. I understanf weather was cold but machine wasnt heating normally. Called twice And was told a tech was to call me or visit. Was ignored and forgotten about. No call no visit. Had a few people out and look at it (I had to find people online) to reset unit and help. Was blowing cold air burning fuel for over 10 hours. When we fixed the issue on our own and brought it was was charged $375 for Fuel. On top of rental. Called and tri... read more

Dispatch crew worked very promptly to find me a piece of equipment in a short notice and was pleased to help. The skid steer was delivered on time and location without any issues or back and forth calls with the driver, it shows the company has people that care for there job and knows the area's. The driver was pleasant to work and deal with, he know his job very well and completed the drop quickly, safe and ensured there was nothing else we needed before leaving.
