Rented a piece of equipment 10 days in advance with assurances all would be taken care of. Called the day of to pick the equipment up only to be told “we see your reservation but that equipment doesn’t exist”. Was offered something else costing double the original price I was meant to pay. I hope if you’re reading this that your rental equipment actually exists.
