We live in Mills River and rented a scissor lift for painting from the Arden, N.C. Store. When it was dropped off we later realized it would not fit through the door from our garage. Dean came to our place to assess the situation. After looking at alternative lifts, it was determined we would need to use scaffolding. Dean was very understanding and gracious and didn’t charge us for the equipment or the delivery/pick up. He was very professional, helpful and kind.
