Great communication, easy delivery and pickup
United rentals was directly responsible for damage to an acrylic driveway. They refused to be accountable for the 7,000 in damage. they stuck me with the bill and my customers driveway is only partially fixed. It put me negative on my margin. I was told my team would get instruction on how to put the rhino mats together. The driver showed up without the locks. Good honest business. They refunded me on a peice of equipment that didn't work like it should and went through lengths to make sure the fixed my issues. I'd recommend them.
