very professional and courteous
I deal with United Rentals for all of our equipment but have never dealt with a branch that was as rude and unprofessional as this one. They never have equipment for any reservations even small forklifts. Within 5 minutes of putting in a reservation they call me stating they have nothing and are cancelling my reservation they don't try and find it from possibly another branch or offer anything that might possibly be available that could work.
everyone was very nice to work with.
Have nothing but good things to say about these guys! Been using them for over a year now and they always came through. Their prices are reasonable, delivery service is excellent, and the sales rep are good at their job. Definitely recommend using them for your rentals.
