Unfortunately, lack of communication and poor customer service in the credit account department left me high and dry (literally). Needed a water truck for weekend work, submitted reservation 10 days in advance and their credit office could not process a simple application for a rental that was 100% paid in full and already debited from my bank account. Notification of the credit account issues occurred about 2 hours prior to the reservation and 4 hours from Friday closing. Will give Herc a try in the future.
"Art" helped me measure the rented trailer to ensure my ATV would fit. I didn't know the ATV was too wide BECAUSE the trailer specs were not listed on the website. "Arturo" sprang into action and began to search for a wider trailer. One employee said, "All the wider trailers are out for maintenance; that's the only one we got." Art said, "Show me."
