"Art" helped me measure the rented trailer to ensure my ATV would fit. I didn't know the ATV was too wide BECAUSE the trailer specs were not listed on the website. "Arturo" sprang into action and began to search for a wider trailer. One employee said, "All the wider trailers are out for maintenance; that's the only one we got." Art said, "Show me."
