I completed my certification for boom lift training here. Half of it was online and the other half was in person. Wonderful instructor Fran who loved her job and was well experienced. Everything went well from sign up to completion.

We called last minute to check to see if United Rentals had a crimp tool and a die set. They were the only one who had everything we needed. They secured to tool for us and everything worked out perfectly. Thanks for saving the day!

An incredibly disappointing and unprofessional first (and last) experience with UR. Called into the reservation call center to get a quote on a rock auger, was told the Henderson and this location had one. Get it saved as a quote. Called back to this 40th location specially and talked to someone on site. They were very helpful, went to check the yard and confirmed it was here. Always a pleasure working with united rentals. I had an issue the first hour on the machine. They were quick to remedy the problem. Maddie was especially helpful. I’ll be getting a size up for my next excavator rental. Great machines great staff.
