However, I am unsure of who the manager is at this location. The team, both inside and outside, consistently provides exceptional service, especially when it comes to loading and unloading tasks. Inquired about a rental - they said they didn't have it and just hung up! Incredibly rude! There's no reason to treat people like that.

DO NOT TRUST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AKA JIMMY AND SERVICE MANAGER!!! Took my compressor to get repaired and week and half later i call to check status only to find out they marked my unit as a return rental. They took it to another store and were going to rent it out. When i showed up to the store they tell me that it was brought back and was not able to be serviced. I said well then why was it taken to another store and why was it not looked at.
