Rented a boom lift for a week for a specialty tree job. Had my business partner on the job site at a customers house. He told me that when he got it, the battery was dead, it had to be jumped. He also said it looked like their oldest most beat up machine. He was having other issues, I don't know if it was user error, or a problem with the machine, but they did get a tech out to get it figured out.
