Saved our butts Christmas Eve. Had a water pipe burst and was able to get the water extractor and then started for us to return that and pick up dehumidifiers. Excellent customer service and wonderful location to deal with.
I have experienced fraudulent charges several weeks after doing business and closing out payment with United Rentals of Danbury CT. BEWARE as they will charge your card on file at a later date for made up charges such as “cleaning fee” or “fuel”. I returned the rental back clean and filled and when I brought this up to one of the workers they couldn’t prove the additional charges were legitimate, so they reimbursed me in full because they knew of their wrong doings which I believe are intentional.
