Great customer service, equipment showed up on time, I do kind of think it's an issue that all the instructions, safety warnings and lights on my lift were totally covered in paint. Could be a liability issue for you guys to rent equipment with warning labels and instructions not visible.
Ill definitely be using United Rentals again Had a small problem with a rental , the staff made it right. Above and beyond awesome customer service.
I am a contractor out of Roanoke doing a new Dunkin Donuts in Dublin, I ran into some struggles removing tile. Even though I rented my equipment at the Roanoke location Amber at the Christiansburg location went way above and beyond for me to assist in making sure I had the correct attachment to remove the tile and the correct inserts for the floor grinder to remove the leftover thin set that was being a major pain!
