I am a contractor out of Roanoke doing a new Dunkin Donuts in Dublin, I ran into some struggles removing tile. Even though I rented my equipment at the Roanoke location Amber at the Christiansburg location went way above and beyond for me to assist in making sure I had the correct attachment to remove the tile and the correct inserts for the floor grinder to remove the leftover thin set that was being a major pain!
