I had been here before to rent a drill, no problems. Several years later I went to rent an inspection camera. The lady kinda seemed irritated that I wanted to test the camera to see if it was for 1) working correctly and 2) had a picture quality worth using. She handed me a power supply and said it plugged in at the hub of the reel. I seen a wire coming out and plugging into a battery holder and said, there must be a battery for this, this is the battery holder with the electric contacts on it.....she said no there no batter... read more

They rented me a 450 pound plate tamper and told me it was 700 The badge on the unit stated clearly that it’s 205 kg (452lb) When I asked about this they literally said “I don’t know why it says that on there. it’s definitely 700 pounds” No apology, no refund, just denial. Use cooper rentals. They actually care about customers and know their products.
