My truck broke down this past friday,and I pulled into there business.The whole staff is freaking awesome.Im in a wheelchair my wife asked if they would try to give us a jump.The man immediately said yes weres the truck?He tried with his truck.Then tried with another one.On top of that they pushed my truck to the side were it wouldn't be in the way of on coming traffic.I parked it there until I can get someone to tow it.The whole staff is nice and very friendly.Just wanted to say we appreciate you guys especially in a time l... read more

★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely disappointed with United Rentals (especially the Chester, VA location) As a contractor with extensive experience in commercial projects, I’ve worked with several rental companies like Sunbelt and private suppliers. Without a doubt, United Rentals has been my worst experience to date. I rented a lift from April 28 to May 15, which should have been a partial-month rental.
