Had 2 of my own genie man-lifts fail on me at the same time. Thank god united rentals is in town they really saved my bacon. Shout out to Pamela she made me top priority even though these weren’t United’s machines. I felt like I was in good hands through the whole ordeal. And special thanks to Jay for getting my busted machines diagnosed and fixed so quick, he is one hell of a mechanic!! It is so refreshing to have a company in town who commits and follows through on what they say. THANKS!!
Huge thanks to the United Rentals FSJ team. The staff is always friendly, organized, and their customer service is top-tier. Can't say enough, fantastic group to work with.
