I needed a set of forks for a 10,000 pound forklift. I spoke with our United Rentals representative and he suggested I go to the Bridgeport branch and speak with Matt. We recently had our spider lift inspected through United Rentals in Bridgeport and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Heather, the service manager, handled all of our scheduling — she was incredibly pleasant, organized, and a great communicator throughout the entire process.
