I rented a chipper from United Rentals, and the experience was amazing! Everyone — from the office staff to the ground crew — was so nice and down-to-earth. They took the time to explain all the safety features and how to operate the machine properly. Everything was smooth and professional. I highly recommend United Rentals for any equipment rental needs!
I would like to say that Aaron is super at customer service. She was very attentive and knew exactly what we needed and ordered to perfection in a very timely matter. A super friendly lady and very good at her job. Thanks again Aaron.
