Second time in 2 weeks that I stop trying to rent but couter people not very helpful
I rent equipment from United regularly, and as a project manager who relies heavily on time commitments, this experience was extremely frustrating. I reserved the equipment and was later told I needed to have a credit account, which we promptly opened. However, I wasn’t informed that I needed to reach back out after the application was completed — something the sales representative should have clarified.
