I ordered a scissor lift to be dropped off on a Monday morning. We did not receive the equipment until 4:30pm, as we were leaving the jobsite. The branch representative dropped the ball and offered no apologies, stating that "he didn't know anything about it". I had a confirmation order from booking online the week prior.
