Great experience! Great equipment! Great price!
United rental went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon late when I needed to rent a skid steer. They even stayed after hours when the trailer that I brought was not sufficient for the weight. I had to go home and change trailers, and they waited for me to get back. It was almost 6:00 by the time I got back. While there they spent all the time we needed to familiarize us with the skid steer even at the late time. 100% recommend United Rentals!
Wes and team went above and beyond to help me with equipment. Bent over backwards to provide service. From Wes and all United Rentals Service Team including the delivery driver all were amazing!! easy 5 Starts!! border line 6! Thank you, Thank you!
Really went above and beyond the call of duty. We rent from United Rentals FIRST!
Very poor customer service. We rented a forklift online the lady said she would call me back and never did. Was told she was trying to locate a forklift that we rented online. She never called back delaying our job . I will never try to rent anything from United Rentals. I called numerous times and never got one call back from anyone at united. Days have went by and we were forced to rent from another source.
