I rented a backhoe this past weekend delivery was on time but because of where I wanted it delivered to they couldn't get it there because of it being too narrow so they delivered it to a different place of my choice. Everything went smoothly until one of the tires went flat and cut the job short since it was after hours I had to wait for a maintenance crew to arrive the next day but even though I lost 2 and a half hours of paid time due to a flat tire I was still very pleased with their business and how they handle things. ... read more
Reserved a trailer online 5 days in advance, show up to pick it up and was told they don’t have that type of trailer at this location. No phone call, no email, no notification of not having that trailer despite their website letting me reserve it there. Now I’m stuck on a job with no trailer on the day of the job.
